angie im being exceptionally good(foodwise)this week, i weigh in on monday mornings so will soon see, exercise been bit of an up n downer, but ive decided itll happen when it happens no point getting stressed it is only exercise after all
kids are back at school this week so i will have my half mile(steep uphill) walk thee in the morning and at night.......... and the almost run back down they way lol
