I am not doing to good today, in fact very bad = 4 mars bars bad
i dont know what came over me i new they where in the kitchen (DH brought them for the kids) so i just ate them
I have NO will power at the moment
i will put this behind me and start again tomorrow but i thought i would share how bad i have been
