i have been doing some training but stoped for a little while and had to start again urgh.. i have a park by me wich is 1k so i try and jog around it 3 times, only get round twice and have to power walk "ooops" but im just going to try my best start to jog and if i get tired then ill just walk..
i dont have an ipod but an app like that would be wicked, as im always walking every an would love to know how far i go in a day.. i wonder if they have any for my sony hmm (something to look into) fingers crossed ill make the finish line hehehe x
