Default Race for Life 26 June 05

Oh Yeah! I've just entered Race for Life! I'm going to try and run, sorry JOG it! Last time I entered I did it in about 45 minutes (I think) and I spent most of the time walking it!

I thought since I'd started to jog for a little bit, I'd enter! What the HECK!

So am I going mad or WHAT? He he he!

So training has started already with my 6 minute run (Oh yes!) and I've got 9 weeks so I should be able to improve a little bit!

TRAINING TODAY!

I jogged for 5 minutes! 5 MINUTES!

then walked for 5 minutes

then jogged for 3 minutes, then I died!

As per training schedule I should be jogging for 5, walking for 5 then jogging for another 5. I'm working up to that this week!

I almost needed a stretcher this morning!

I'm off kickboxing now, to get some "cross training" done, as they call it!

cross training as doing lots of different things, but angry cross could apply too.... I really went for it with one guy! I was on fighting form tonight! It was a really tough class, I am pooped and need a bath, desperately! Just be glad you can't smell on this forum!
