this week i have lost 3.5 pounds (joined this half way through the week so only lost a pound since joinging this thred) good luck everyone

Well I only lost 1lb this week, but I'm trying not to be too disheartened as I've done really well food wise this week.

Hopefully will mean a bumper week, next week

Am trying to stick to weighing at 9pm.

At current I'm 197lbs, think I may have weighed at a wrong time last week though, so think I've only lost 1lb and not 2lb.

Hey girlies, I've just been making some chips and dips for world cup snacks and wanted to let you know what I've done (I've been really good for once )

I made some corn chips from breaking up old el paso corn tortillas, sprinkling a little seasoning and baking them in the oven (no oil).

Then made some healthy hummus which doesn't contain the sesame and oil, and got some spicy refried beans too.

Whole plate of snacks and dips approx 1000 calories and about 15g of fat, which is not bad as there will be me and hubby eating them, and they will last for a few days.

No alcohol either, I can't afford the calories
