I'm happy tonight as I lost 4 lbs! I got slimmer of the week, and even won the raffle. :D

I had a very relaxed week, so I'm going to try a bit harder this week - I know it can take more effort to lose weight the week after a big loss, but I'll give it a go. Taking walks with my books on tape etc.

OK this weeks stats - is better late than never, my only excuse is I've had a lot going on in my life this week - won't bore you with all the details

I've only taken the weight losses posted until Monday and will pick up those posted since then in next Mondays post as usual

Giving us a weekly loss of -7lbs and a total loss of 1 stone 5 lbs (19lbs) we are getting there

I have to get my butt back into gear and back into this. Will get the stats done on time next week - promise !!!!

Cancel me out luv, I'm not stepping on those scales again until work resumes.....LOL! Plus the four I lost a few weeks back came back....AGH!

No gold star for me have stayed the same again but in truth did not try really hard I am still very down over the robbery, just cant seem to get my head back to working the weight problem out.
