Yes, Jingo please join in!! Just choose a day and register your weight loss here every week on this thread, then Carol does the tallyting cos she is clever like that!!

I have lost 1 and a half pounds this week and am really pleased, a weight loss every week will do me fine, its the gaining and staying the same I can't cope with.

Have a great weekend everyone!!

Smiling Sal 09-07-2002 06:29 AM

Well done TQ.

Jingo everybody posts there losses on whatever day they weigh in - we are different. And then on a Monday (or sometimes it's a Tuesday) I tally them all up - cause I'm clever - thanks TQ

I'm pleased to report a 2lb loss this week. 2lb may not seem much when I haven't been to the last two meetings but I've also gained and lost an addional 4lb in that time so I'm more than happy with this.:)

I've been struggling with the desire to stuff my face with chocolate for the last two days so decided to give myself permission to eat as much of it as I wanted to today.......guess what I forgot to buy!!!!!!!!!! :D

BritinNJ 09-11-2002 05:43 PM

 Well done TQ and Helen on your losses this week. I am back on track, and so far so good for staying o track. My official weigh in will be next Monday so finger's crossed I will show a loss.
Had to smile to myself today, the people who work in my classroom with me all know I do WW and know I am back on the plan this week, and this morning they all commented that they thought I looked slimmer...hehehe :D

Hi all - I'd like to start reporting my losses again if that's ok?

Start - 1st Jan 2002 - 18.4
Now - 11th Sep - 16.12

Is that all you want from me? Can't remember...

veggie 09-11-2002 06:58 PM

That is it young Delaney you are excused now ;)

Hi everyone

sorry this post is late but due to work I haven't had chance to get on before now.
Well TOM did arrive and spoil the party, and I have also decided to change my weigh in day to saturday as I am now working all day froidays and can't get away to be weighed. so at least on a saturday I can guarantee I can always get weighed at the same time coz I don't work saturdays..thank god :)

Well as I said TOM arrived but thankfully I stayed the same weight didn't gain anything so I was more than happy with that....That magical 12 stone 13 is still the incentive to hang in there this week, plus the fact that it is only 3 weeks to my birthday...I knew I wouldn't be at my goal weight but I set myself another target of getting below 12 stone 10lbs for then, so far that is still possible, to be honest I think I would be thrilled just to get under 13 stone :)

Well done to everyone who had a loss this week...as for the rest of us who stayed the same or even gained...keep your chin up and just hang in there

Ali

tupperware queen 09-12-2002 12:53 PM

You will do it Ali, just keep on at it, the magic number is just around the corner!!

Mini Gem 09-12-2002 04:25 PM

I forgot to post my weigh-in result on Tuesday night. I lost 2lbs, so was very happy with that. :)

Well done TQ & Arwen. Good luck to everyone else. :D

BritinNJ 09-12-2002 09:02 PM

Good for you MG....and to Ali, I was reading your page last night, it must kep you quite busy, you are obviously quite puter lit....I don't have a clue when it comes to this thing. I muddle through though....LOL....everyone have a good week....

jingo 09-13-2002 05:09 AM

Weigh In

Well it is Friday again and that means getting on the scales.

Weight this week 11 stone 9 pounds
Starting weight 12 stone 4 pounds
Goal to reach 9 stone
First acheivable goal 11 stone.
Height 5 feet 2 inches

Not a bad start at least I am losing around 2 pounds a week. I am planning on small goals that way I don't get put off by the whole thing of having to lose 3 stone.
Well done to everyone it is not easy keeping to a diet but together we will win the battle.
:)

Smiling Sal 09-13-2002 01:17 PM

Right I have had a busy week and this is me just getting round to posting all the weights from last week - Mon 2/9 - Mon 9/9.

Mini Gem -1
Arwen -2
Sal -3
Tizme -2
Jingo -3

Giving us a weekly weigh in total of -11lbs and an overall total of 56lbs - 3 stone 11.5lbs.

Sorry its so late in being posted. Will do it Monday morning next week as I am away from Monday afternoon until Wednesday night - work - nothing exicting.

Didn't weigh in this week - will regret that next week. Steve wasn't well yesterday morning and I was feeling under the weather and had to get him organsied as well as Sean to school, back to it next Thursday after hotel food for 3 days - scales will be up most definately.

BigPhatBooty 09-14-2002 04:42 AM

Well I have been missing in action for a little while, but I am still hanging in there.

My excuses, 4lb gain in one week  :yikes:  after a 4lb loss over two weeks (TOM?), hen weekend, wedding (7 courses yum), but I have been going to the gym fairly regularly.

Will post weight on Tuesday (and see the damage!) and get back on track regardless.

tupperware queen 09-14-2002 05:58 AM

I have just weighed in and have lost 2 and a half this week, so thats 7lb in three weeks, oh yes I am very pleased!!:D :dancer:

Smiling Sal 09-15-2002 04:48 AM

Well done TQ, keep up the hard work it is paying off
