I too had an amazing weigh in. Although I felt that I had lost weight. I too like Leigh lost 4lbs. I was surprised but very very pleased.

Means I only have one pound to go until I have lost a stone - am trying to keep it up until next week.

Will do a summary of all the weights tomorrow - world war threee has broken out in my livingroom and I need go sort it all out

Just changed my summary - how much better does that look, now I am out of the 22X's lbs and into the 21X's lbs.

It is very cold in the wind here in Suffolk today and I here it is going to get even colder over the next few days....bbbrrrrrrr!

well despite TOM arriving yesterday morning I still lost 2lbs which now means I weigh 11 stone 13 and ....only have 13lbs left to go...whoohooo.....it feels so strange writing that down...I can remember vividly when I first started posting here weighing over 25 stone and seeing people saying they only had a few lbs to go and I wished I could be writing the same...now I am and it just feels totally amazing.
I just can't wait now for the day when I write GOAL !!!! :)

Hope your all getting into the festive spirit and looking forward to it...I have definitely finished all my shopping now. My sister booked us the day off work on friday to finish off and go for our christmas lunch which was a brilliant day. I had a melon and raspberry starter and a chicken and bacon salad for main course and it was delicious and well within my calorie allowance so I was good..even though there will be lots of temptation over the holidays I know I will be able to resist it...I am too close to goal now to let anything get in my way :)

Hi there, sorry I couldnt post my weigh in yesterday, we went straight off to France after ww.
I lost 2.5lb which got me into the next stone, I was so thrilled.

Well done TQ only 2 stone left to go now...almost there :)

Posy i wish it was only 2 stone!! it is exactly 3 stone, but whats a stone eh!! I will get there eventually hopefully before next August!!(Just a date i have in my head to be at my target weight)

oops can you tell I was half asleep when I posted that message...then again maths was never my strong point :)

and by next august is certainly possible TQ but even if you dont reach it by the date you set yourself you will be close , just think how much better you will look and feel

Giving us a fortnight weight loss of 16lbs and a new total weight loss of 11stone 2lbs.

Hi Smiling Sal - I put on 1/2 pound this Monday.

Next week is our final week before Xmas and there will be drinks and nibbles. Yay!

I haven't managed to weigh in yet this week. Things went horribly wrong at work, so couldn't pop out ot WW.

Am going to go to the class on Saturday morning, I have to.
