Hey, to update, I lost 5lbs this week, taking me to 196.5 and ONEDERLAND! Woot!

So I lost 6lbs this month and went 1/2lb past my goal for October. Yay

i'm back off my hols and despite allowing myself a few treats (wine mostly!) i still managed to lose 2lbs! hurrah! I'm just trying to think of a new goal for novemeber!

Oh that's great Sophie - 2lbs down while on hols - excellent job!
and thanks too for the congrats -am feelin good today - lovely new short knitted dress from benetton and purple high boots (yes purple) they're not actually tacky!

Gosh some of you guys are doing amaaaaaaizingly! Well done!!!

I was feeling pleased I have had 1lb off each week for the past 5 weeks lol. 3lb away from what I wanted to be for Halloween, but as long as I am heading in the right direction I'm happy enough

I have no idea how some of you managed to lose 100lbs+ ! Seriously fantastic work!

My Final loss is just shy of target, am at 183 -so 13'1.... Bring on the 12 stones.

So, where are we at for November guys - anyone got any good names?? Who is up for starting a new thread??

and whooooooooshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh strange it's nto been my best week food and exercise wise but I did non stop physical stuff the 3 weeks before hand so gues smy body needed the break. The girls are back to school next week so back to 1 hour a day of exercise from Tuesday.

4lb lost I'm not 14 and a half stones Hoping to see the 13's by the end of next month

Well done everyone, looks like it's bene a very good month for weight loss. I'll add the final results up tomorrow evening.

Well done Tiara on losing 50lb+

Can't wait for the new November challenge.

Havn't been able to get on 3fc for ages, firstly because I lost motivation and went on a bit of a binge. And 2 because once I got myself back together couldn't remember my password or email I used.

Finally had a brainwave today and managed to get back on, Hurray!!
So can I please join the november challenge?

Good to see you back of course you can join in November's challenge - we just need someone to think of a name and to volunteer to keep track of everyone's losses

From the results so far we lost 71.2lb between us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Knew it had been a good weight loss month

I haven't been posting much, just haven't felt like getting on the computer lol! But I read through the posts and everyone is doing an amazing job!!!

As of this morning.....149.2 I'm so proud of myself, I can't remember the last time in my life that I weighed this little!!

Bring on November....only 4.2 to goal!!!
