I didn't realise exactly how much I'd put on. I was so upset I only had 500 calories all of yesterday and did an hour of callanetics with all my muscles shaking and trembling. I felt horrific - what a silly thing to do! Anyway, back on track today! I'm going to put lots of effort into making a lovely healthy dinner.




I've done a load of extra exercise this week (as school holidays next week so might not get much chance) and the weeks before did a lto of physical stuff so sure I should be due a whoosh soon. Hopefully within the next week or two you'll be in the 12s 
Can't believe I've made it to 100lb loss. Int he past I would of given up long ago. Will update everyone's weights now as I think I have new weights from most people and will do the final update on the 1st November.
and 1lb to this month's goal though hoping for more
