Default I need help !!!

Hey guys, I'm new here and would love to join in if that's ok. I could really do with some motivation. Trying to cut down my sugar intake as it's my biggest weakness, i have a VERY sweet tooth. Also I have 3 kids (and a hubby who is worse than kids) and they love their cakes and chocolates so that makes things even harder for me !!! Let's see if I can do it this time and more importantly stick to it. Good luck everyone.

Hello Everyone!!!

It's the middle of the week and I hope that everyone is having a good one!

Things are going pretty good here, eating good and walking at least 2 hours every day, just hope that Mr. Scale is nicer to me this week then he was in August

Talk to you later

Right, agreeable or not, ive had this week off the gym and diet, i knew that if i did it it would only be half a rsed and so im gonna start up again monday and i dont mean that in a 'maybe next week' sort of way, im just being sensible. Hopefully our new house go through this weekend so will have a glass of bubbly and dont want to worry about it.

isnt it amazing how much a tan makes you look slim?! i honestly look slimmer than before!!

one thing to be noted was that looking at pics prior to hols at about 135-136lbs i did look a little gaunt..not a good look as im alittle taller...

so may maintain at about 138 ish and just keep active?!

Hey guys,
Just got back from holiday and I missed my weigh in at slimming world so my current weight is not necessarily my current weight...but oh well!! I've weighed myself at home and it says I've lost 2lbs but I'll wait until Monday to confirm it.

just a wee update. Down 2 lbs as of this morning:

sw: 156
cw: 154
gw: 150

To be honest I think the loss is from my body settling down after the trip, but even so I will take it.

Keep up the good work everyone.

OK, here we go! It's a fairly small target this month, but it's a MAJOR milestone if I get to it.

I want to lose 6lbs in September, getting me to the milestone that is onederland!

So 1.5lbs a week gone would get it done, cos I wanna be in Onederland come October!

I do the same. For some reason whenever I feel physically unwell I look to food for comfort. Hence, why I put on a stone every time I get an injury, and half a stone when I'm sick.

Hope you feel better soon!

I really really am sick of 14 st something....I want the 13s to come around quicker!!!! Next week, I am extremely hopeful of finally make it to onederland.

Good luck everyone, and welcome along to all the new gals

Wish me luck with a 4yr old birthday party today, aiming to stay strong, but possibly my greatest weakness in the world is a cocktail sausage (or 10!)

"UrthWurm 160.8: 160.8 165 more welcomes flung across the pond "

Oh dear, it appears my goal is to gain 5 pounds. xD I hope that's one goal I don't meet. I'm sorry to bring it up, but it was actually supposed to be 156lbs. Any chance you could correct that? Sorry again.
