I will see what i can do il have a look tonight, i do have a couple of bikini shots from hols which really show what the gym has done for me, but again bit nervous bout posting pics. I will have a look at the old album and see what ive got...its strange when you see yourself through the changes and then see yourself after you have done some work, brilliant feeling and you wonder why you didnt do it before!!
weigh in today, may change it to a monday to try and keep me going through the weekend...still the same but considering how much ive packed away this week and not done anything not too bad...so still 140lbs..
...still 166, dont understand--all week I've ate so good--on Wednesday 9/2 I was on the treadmill and did 4 miles, also did some Billy Blanks. Friday 9/4 I started 30 day shred--and I just got off the treadmill now from doing 3 miles and about to go day 30 day shred again--::Sigh:: I will keep going--maybe I'm gaining muscle!! Muscle burns fat so let me keep going!!

Lost 1lb - down to 204.5 which I'm happy with, at least I'm consistent, but I'd love to see a couple of slightly bigger losses, even just 2lbs would make me really happy. Going to write a proper plan tonight though and make sure my pointage is absolutely perfect this week!
I lost 1lb this week!! I know it's not a lot, but I'm so excited to start seeing a loss again. I feel like I've been stuck for a very long time, and now the numbers are finally moving in my favor. Thank you ladies for being my motivators! I feel like I'm really ready to lose again.

So, small weightloss this week, but momentous occasion nonetheless as am finally one hundred and something pounds (not actually mad about the term onederland, though I've been known to use it) Coupled with my new Overweight BMI status, I think I might even have the nerve to post a few photos in mini goal area!
I managed to lose one more pound this week, despite a couple nights of eating out and missing a couple exercise sessions. Though, I did make sure I walked around a lot more than usual.
