I did all that and time of the month bloating should of gone by today grrrrrrrrrrr so frustrated Maybe was to be expected after a big loss last week. Hopefully I will get another big loss next week - was secretly hoping to be 16 stones for our holiday - just will just lose as much as possible by then. I don't want to come back anywhere near 17 stones.

SO just us 3 left it seems and a week to go - Stef where are you?

touchmytoes 141: 138: 130 - Total of 3lb lost
Cleophas 250: 246: 240 plus 450 mins - yay! Total of 4lb lost
Rainbow 239: 231: 230 Total of 8lb lost - 1 to go I can do it

See if we can all lose another lb or 2 by next week to impress Stef when she's back
anyone else?????

its amazing mind you...i went to the gym yesterday when i went in i was 9.12 then when i weighed again on way out to just make sure i was 10 stone.

now this i believe is down to one thing...i drank 3 largish bottles of water thats the only thing i think of...now today im back down to 9.12..so always think of that aswell....maybe a little aswell to do with the old blocked passage i know i struggled with this for about 2 weeks....felt horrid!! then when it went i was like 3lbs lighter!!!

today is rest day, so no exercise but have a bottle of the red stuff and a chicken salad so il make up for it tomorrow....currently hitting the gym for over an hour and half now...painfull especially when the scales dont move!!

i think by end of july i may be down to 9.5 stone ish...but wont get to my mini goal of 130lbs...no way!!unless my arm drops off!

Hey Guys,

I'm still in, just back from my hols, have been a bit scared to step on the scales until I had put in a few solid days back in the diet saddle, so am going for a weigh in tomorrow.
Before I went I was 15'3 which was a loss of 6lbs - my aim for the end is to be in the 14s (barely!) at 14'13, but i've no idea where i'm at after 2 weeks of drinking cocktails and not really watching food, so I will check in tomorrow.

well done to you 3 for sticking at it.
Hope all well with your daughter Rainbow?

Sorry guys, tinternet has only just come back on!

I'm off out with hubby - wedding anniversary week off (and small weight gain) - but I will be back next week, when the phone company promises I will have a properly working phine and broadband connection.

Thanks for missing me, Rainbow. It has been really weird living in a world with no phone or internet. My garden looks great

Hey laugh addict....the general theory is that 1- 2 lbs per week is a healthy sustainable amount to lose...

You would probably get more answers to this question if you started a new thread, rather than posting on one with a different subject matter!
Maybe if you start a new thread in a general forum...

Well done on your weight loss so far!

Well done on losing 31lb How long has that taken?

1-2lb is considered good, healthy weight loss that you are likely to keep off forever as long as you keep up with healthy changes you've made. At your weight I'd expect you to be losing about that. Some heavier people may lose more. Nearer goal you may not even lose a lb per week. As long as your weight is going down it doesn't matter. Doesn't always work out like that though - I had two weeks of losing nothing then lost 5lb over night and kept that 5lb off. Some weeks you may lose nothing, some weeks more.

Well done Ellie

Happy anniversary Stef from me too

I'll be weighing myself in a few hours. Hopefully the 1lb I needed to lose to get to mini goal weight will of gone but hoping more has gone as I want to be as near to 16 stones as possible by the time we go away (in a week and a half).

As for next month - we're away for 2 and a half weeks - will be a challenge to maintain whatever weight I go away at so will probably just aim for 2-3lb loss at the beginning of August and try and maintain after that.
