BUT...my question is...im not holding back as in not allowing myself stuff im still having a couple of cups of tea,a few glasses of wine on the weekend some choc..etc...all in very small treat size amounts still keeping carbs and cals low...but im finding that although my cals and fat etc are low, im not hungry....should i be considering that its so low? im worried im gonna hurt myself but im simply not hungry once ive had my breakfast lunch and tea...
Hi Touchmytoes,
I think if you aren't hungry with it, then it is a good thing...you may in fact be going in to ketosis, if your carbs are really low, and this does suppress your appetite!

I don't think that if you are taking in 1'100 calories that you are in any danger of doing damage!

Thanks Nicci - really need to lose a few more lb before going on holiday so really need to be able to exercise again. Am just under 17 stones and don't want to come back over 17 stones!

Well done Rainbow! That's a fantastic loss!

I didn't lose anything but I've lost 8 pounds in the last month so was expecting it to slow down sometime soon.

I'm here Don't know when I will be weighing in next. My daughter has been diagnosed with swine flu and we have no scales ( I use my parents' scales) so unless I get chance to walk there may be over a week until I weigh myself again. TOM at the moment so maybe better I don't weight myself anyway.

We're going on holiday in 3 weeks - I'm 16 st 7 now and don't want to come back from holiday anywhere near 17stone - I want to be well away from that weight forever so making every effort to lose well the next 3 weeks

Another pound gone, not as fast as I'd hoped but a downward trend is okay. 246 and 240 minutes of exercise.

4 pounds and 630 minutes.

*pokes stef* Hope you're okay.

Stayed the same, maybe due to TOM I can't see any other reason. Still frustrated though - unrealistically hoped to get to 16 stones before our holiday, was looking possible now I don't think it is. Never mind, only 1lb until mini goal - surely I can manage that by next week.
