Yee ha! At last I seem to have clicked with my healthy eating and active lifestyle changes! I have lost 2.5 pounds this week (to be precise) and it didn't take forever to make food and exercise decisions!
It's the first time I have felt totally comfortable and unstressed about the changes I made in order to lose the weight and get trimmer! My husband seems to enjoy the new eating patterns too, he even eats salad out of choice - that's his choice , not just mine!!!!
I am not trying to crow (well OK, I am a bit) but if anyone else was feeling down and blue and useless at the task they had set themselves
HOLD ON IN THERE, it seems to get easier when you least expect it!
I know from others that I will experience some more lows and highs, but hey, I am enjoying the good times and am determined to make this feeling of control last!!!!!!!!!!!!!
