Forgot to say I had to buy sun cream this morning as we all got ever so slightly burnt yesterday.

Sun still splitting the sky - too lovely for words

No more rubbing it - unless it's like this again tomorrow of course.

Well I get weighed in the morning and have had a really good week up to now, I got the munchies today and I have really struggled not to stuff my face with all the bars of chocolate I could hear calling to me but I managed. Why does it feel worse than going to the dentist, standing in the queue for the scales is so nerve wracking.

Carol - Crime Scene Investigations is on channel 5 every Saturday at 9pm, its not everybody's cup of tea but I love anything to do with forensic science and murder investigations. (my husband thinks I'm trying to work out the perfect way to dispose of him, but I'd have to pay someone to cut the grass so there wouldn't be any point!) I think that setting small targets is a brilliant idea it sounds so much better aiming for one or two stones than the whole total.

Flumper - hope your sunburn isn't too bad, its so paiful, I'm fair skinned and burn really easy.

Veggie - size 18 sounds too good to be true, I can't imagine what its like to be able to shop at next and buy normal sizes, that is one of my goals.

Hj40 - Your right it doesn't matter how many stones there are to lose its still a struggle, although I have a friend who only had to lose 15lbs and it seemed to come off her relatively easy I hate her (only kidding!).

Hope you all have a nice bank holiday
love Pippyxxx

'lo all - especially pippy. Not been around for a couple of days as hubby installed some giggy thing on his PC and since then neither of us have been able to connect!

Just need to catch up, but nice to see another CIS fan aboard - I even watch the first series which is being repeated on Living

Default weigh in

Hi Pippy

I´m new as well and it will be nice to know I´m not the only new one on the block at weigh in time. I too am going on my hols on Saturday and wont be back till 19th. Then it´s down to serious dieting and excercise. Good luck.

I am going on holiday on 31st May, I just have to get rid of some fat or won't be able to get into my summer gear - help someone!!
