Hmm - I never really had a visual, other than a vague idea about having a toned, tight little tummy!

And as I have a squillion stretch marks, I'm never going to have that.

I think something probably glamorous and figure-hugging - evening type wear.

great post! I seriously just imagined my self in everyones outfits and thought "Heck yes I'd look smokin in that!!!"

My image is dark washed jeans, and a fitted cotton turtleneck with my hair all up and messy. I have to work on the details I guess

What a good idea!

I have been thinking about it and this is what I've come up with:

Lying on the beach in a fantastic bikini from Bravisimmo that flatters, wearing a cute little gold bracelet and a chunky necklace with some oversized shades. My hair is naturally lightened by the sun and I'm smiling because I'm happy. I have my big floppy sunhat on, and because I am finally fit and healthy my tummy is toned and my legs are toned and my arms are toned and I can't stop smiling!

That's my visualisation for my summer goal!!

I imagine myself out jogging and feeling fit and toned, and my butt actually fixed to my body instead of flapping and wobbling several yards behind like a ten ton trailer.

last night i looked in the mirror....
and i saw someone tht was slender and slim....
and someone i am happy with....
first time in ages....
even then i was surrounded by skinnier people....
it felt amazing....
