I feel that too. Struggled a bit with my cardio at the gym yesterday!
How u getting on with the 30 day shred? I done it for 2 days last month, and really enjoyed it, but been very busy and couldnt fit it in. Planning on starting it again tomorrow, as I'm going down to Kent for 3 weeks today, and am planning on using the time down there as a sort of weight loss boot camp, as I'm struggling to lose anything at the moment!
Would love to come back from my holidays and for people to notice a difference in me!
