Hello everyone

Well I've had another day of piggery, my brothers and their families were here. I am stuffed. I'm back at work tomorrow and I have made a salad to take in. Tomorrow I really must get a grip and to be honest I'm tired of all this food. My husband bought me some new work trousers from Primark this morning, (he took the boys to Watford as their money was burning a hole in their poclets) they are a size 10 but the waistband is so tight, so I'm not going to wear them until Monday when I hope to be less bloated, and he needs to take them up because I have such short little leggies. He is so handy with a needle bless him. Unlike myself who is Miss Cackhandness.

I just walked home from the gym and ordered Chinese takeout????? Why do I do these things.

It was good and I only ate half but still not very smart!!!!

Good evening

Well today was my first day of not eating choccy or biccys, I've eaten very healthily, tomorrow I am going to tackle the gym. My uniform was so tight today it felt just awful. Work was ok but tiring.

I'm just planning what to take tomorrow. I'm not going to weigh myself until January 1st. So at least I have a few days to get myself in the right mindset, I think I'm getting there. A friend of mine is getting married at the end of Febfruary the girlies and I are off to Bristol for the hen weekend. So I'd ideally like not to feel like the Incredible Hulk when he bursts out of his shirt!!

I am so tired today.

At work today and yesterday. was very quiet. I was sent out to get birthday card and present for our boss, only to be told by another member of staff when I got back that he doesn't like birthdays. Seems he was right, so and so didn't even say thank-you :mad:

Oh Redsox don't worry about the chinese your always out running. Unlike myself.My father is doing okish managed his first pint in months so thats a good sign.

I've had another good day still loads of stuff about at work but I resisted. It's pouring here I need to go round to see my parents so I won't gym this evening but I shall do in the morning. Can't remember if I said that I was going to weigh myself New Years Day and get the damage. I think I could be over ten stone. I was nine stone six this time last year!!!

I just dont' want to go back to being 15 stone. Sometimes it feels like a slippery slope, but the head at the moment is still good.

I'm ill been ill all Christmas :p Just braved M&S coughing everywhere there was absolutely nothing there in the way of food it has all gone. I have no NYE nibbles except for a bag of cheesy puffs. :D

We are going to a friend's for dinner this evening, so we won't be going mad, and to be honest thats fine by me as I'm tired and feeling a little fragile.

I hurt my toe Friday night god does it hurt so couldn't gym as planned, then this morning dropped the Next Directory on my other leg oh the pain.
