Did'nt bother going to Jazzercise :rolleyes: I checked it out online to see what it was about and I knew it was'nt for me :nono: i've no co-ordination for that sort of thing. I have a problem with the mirror image deal :shrug: need to be at the side of someone to follow can't be facing them if you know what I mean :dizzy: well its 5.40am :yawn: did my ironing at 4am :eek: think i'll try and kip for an hour before I go to work :wave:

I used to be exactly the same, I couldn't cope with the whole mirror image thing, but I started going to Bums, Legs and Tums a couple of months ago and it's really made a difference to me, I still have trouble getting my legs and arms doing a different thing though lol :carrot:

Staff Christmas meal tonight, I'm driving so I won't be drinking and although I'm going to enjoy what I eat I'll be sticking to my plan as much as possible. I need to get some new clothes this weekend, everything feels very lose.

Its £1 a pint tonight at our local. No doubt we will be going and I will be sat there drinking soft drinks as I'll be the one having to drive home. My puppy has decided to attack my mobile :mad:, only got the phone on Sat :( . Only good thing is OH has already bought me a mobile as the other was an unwanted upgrade. I can't see the puppy living with us at christmas.

I've just realised how lazy I am, or have been. I ordered the car tax for both our cars online last weekend so that I wouldn't have to stand in the queue at the post office. As I am now out of work I started doing some housework today and now I am knackered. Waiting for OH to come home so we can go shopping. Couldn't be bothered to go on my own.

Yayyy I lost 4lbs on my first week! Really pleased and it's made me motivated!

Well not working was meant to allow me time for exercise. But I can't be bothered. I need to kick my butt in to gear or I know the weight will be going back on. My daily step count has decreased now that I am not working as well. Guess I'll have to walk the dog between the rain.

Was gonna walk the dog tonight but its freezing. Mind you the OH has got the heating on full blast so I am sat in shorts and t-shirt!!!

I've just survived tesco. :p I've only been there about three times this year it's too big for me. Got three presents off amazon today so feeling smug, one has quite bad feedback though so probably won't turn up. :o Oh well it's the thought that counts. :D

It's freezing. Got to take puppy to vets to get him microchipped. Then I plan on blitzing the house when I get back - will be burning plenty of calories there.

Just popping in quickley, don't seem to have much time lately with extra shifts at work, taking care of dogs and house etc...

We're forecast some snow tomorrow and then again at the weekend, I've just shopped for the bare essentials, and tried to be healthy in the choices, although the weight issue isn't doing any thing at the mo, am pretty stagnent.

Well done to all you losers and to everyone that's the same as me.... :hug: we'll beat the bulge yet :)

There's about two inches on the ground so far, it's coming down like, well like snow....:lol: and it's so pretty.

Driving home in it wasn't fun, but we're in the for rest of the day now, so can enjoy it.
