Week 5 Sept 24th = 3lbs lost, 12lbs to lose. Week 6 Oct 1st = 1lb lost, 11lbs to lose. Week 7 Oct 8th = 0lbs lost, 11lbs to lose. Week 8 Oct 15th = 4lbs lost, 7lbs to lose. Well I done it, I completed the challenge and got to my mini goal. :carrot:
To be honest when I first started this it seemed so hard and almost impossible but having everyones support in here has really helped keep me motivated and on track. Now I know I can do it I'm going to set myself a new summer goal |

I managed to lose 15lbs in the 18wks, so was only 3lbs short of the challenge. But the main thing for me is that I weigh less now than when I started the challenge.
