lost pound and a half this week yeahhhh

Started at 17 weeks to Xmas, looking to lose 17 lbs

Well... i smashed my christmas goal of 10 and a half stone so i've set myself a new christmas target of 10 stone. I know i can do this! With your help ladies! Keep up the good work everyone :)

wow leah u have done amazing ! you will be able to hit that 10 st no probs. Ive been keeping a blog to help keep control, Im really just at the start of my journey of 29lbs to loose you are nearly at the end I see we have the same goal to! well done

Christmas is only a few weeks from my overall goal so I think I'll just buy a dress for xmas day and aim to fit into it.

Well I lost a pound this week so I am not 148lbs, although I had been 147lbs for the past 3 days, on the official weigh in I go up:( |

I've gained this month BUT its not too late :yes: there is still 7 weeks left :) if I get my act together I could still lose 15lbs+ :D I just need to get motivated. |
