I ws wonderin if I could join ya challenge ? I need to loose 29lbs. I was going to try and loose 2lb a week leading up to xmas not sure how dooable that is but even if I lost 1lb a week I would be pleased :carrot:

I am doing slimming world started yesterda ;)

Week 1 Aug 27th = 0lbs lost, 18lbs to lose.
Week 2 Sept 3rd = 3lbs lost, 15lbs to lose. :carrot::carrot::carrot:
Week 3 Sept 10th = 0lbs lost, 15lbs to lose.
Week 4 Sept 17th = 0lbs lost, 15lbs to lose.

I really don't know how this is happening to me; I've tried loads of diets before and always lost a few lbs, the giving up and doubled what I've lost. This time it’s really working.

I had started of with ww but changed this 2 weeks ago to calorie counting, and I mean counting every single calorie. I’m working on the basis that to lose weight I have to eat 1000k less than I need each day. This sounds drastic but if you take into consideration every bit of exercise I do including sitting here typing I can earn calories back so I'm still eating the same amount as I need. This also helps with portion control as I have noticed that when I switched diets I started eating a lot less, but than I always knew I put more on the plate. Especially when preparing a family meal.

I know that the weight loss will slow after a while but I thought it would have done so by now. Fingers crossed it keeps going a bit longer. xx
