- do you know I haven't even touched my scales for about 2 weeks! Wonder if they have wandered off in a sulk..... nope, they are still lurking in the spider's corner of the bathroom, makes it even more scary to use them...

Managed to maintain this week. Good luck everyone else with your weigh ins this week.
Week 1 Aug 27th = 0lbs lost, 18lbs to lose.
Week 2 Sept 3rd = 3lbs lost, 15lbs to lose.
Week 3 Sept 10th = 0lbs lost, 15lbs to lose.

Right on girls, count me in as well.....I however want to loose 2st until xmas, so thats 2lb a week....and I have another 2lb to loose, so I want to be on 15st on Xmas!!!! Good luck to all

wow im afraid im a lil late here but oh well ill try and do 16lbs! this is a great idea to keep me loosing 1lbs a week instead and my weeks where i will loose nothing or even gain! thanks KB ! what a great idea!

oh and just a thought if you loose more than your set goal then you should award yourself with a full on xmas dinner and just eat well (very well) for the rest of the day so you still stay in your calorie range :) , or treat yourself to those shoes youve been eyeing up all week :)

well i wish you good luck and thinner thighs by christmas!! i too have chosen the festive season as my target!!! i'll be going back down to Devon to visit my friends and family and hope i wont be taking the enormous arse that i aquire since i've been living in Scotland with me!!!
