Started at 17 weeks to Xmas, looking to lose 17 lbs

Start weight: 227lbs (16st 3lbs)

week 1: - 3 lbs
week 2: - 4 lbs
week 3: - 1 lbs
week 4: - 1 lbs (15st 8lbs)

Total loss on Xmas challenge 9lbs

Looks like in on the slow down now after the initial fast start but thats to be expected, at lease its still going down

I'm really really late but hope I can join in the challenge! (Been a bit of a lurker too so just going to jump in!)...

Lost about a stone so far and have another one to go which I'll hopefully manage to do for Christmas/New Year

I'd happily believe my scales if they said I'd lost 7lb.
