    Maintained again this week (As of Saturday) but by the scales this morning I had lost 2lbs, but I'll wait till the weekend to record this incase it was just the scales been nice to me today.

  • Not posted here in a while, mainly cause i haven't lost any weight BUT i'm doing really well these last few days, so i'm hoping to drop a pound or two very very soon. I've only been eating small amounts and i'm rarely even hungry!

    So it's 30 days until christmas.... where did the time go?!?!

    that's just over 4 weeks to lose 4 lbs. I don't know if i can do it, but i will try my damn hardest! and if it's not doable, i'll make it my new years goal :

    16lbs lost so far so I'm pleased but November was a nightmare I lost nothing, but on a positive note, I didn't gain anything either.

    Remember eating in proper portions causes weight loss. Not eating causes weight gain.
