Wink June weigh in thread

A thread for anyone wanting to weigh in (like me).

Half a pound on this week. I had about 10 extra points a day so not so bad.

I had a weigh in at the docs and ww the same day I'm sooooooo popular.

I weigh in at 93.2 kg (14st 6lb). Last time I weighed myself on May 15 I was 95.7kg (15st 07 lb). I have already noticed I have a bit more chin and less flab in that area!!

I started my Healthy Routine (that d*** word has an adverse effect on me LOL) exactly a week ago and I have lost nearly 2 kg, 4.19 lbs! WOOOO HOOOOO
I'm going to have to find out how to do one of those groovy tickers to keep myself encouraged!
My official weigh day is Friday morning, but I do hop on the scales now & then in the week to check I'm on the right road.

Do I have to? 155. BUT I spent most of Wednesday flying, and I went out for a curry last night so I'm confident some of it is water. And anyway, even it's due to eating cake and drinking wine for a week after the marathon, I deserve it

I've restarted my plan, (basically the special k diet) and I've dropped 4 pounds in a week!

I think its because I'm calorie counting and on average throughout last week, I ate 1400 calories a day, and I just now did one of those calculator things, and it said to lose a pound a week, I should eat about 2030!

Thing is though, with the special k diet I've started (2 bowls a day) I'm not hungry, and I'm drinking a lot more water as filler and I've got so much more energy than I used to have!
