Down to 149, back to my lowest recorded weight. Fingers crossed that I can make it to 148 this time, to say I've officially lost 8 stone

Well done all, I have my weigh in tonight, i put 2.5lb on last week and to be honest I think I will put on again tonight. I do this all the time get to the first stone mark and star putting back on. So as of today I am back on the diet as I refuse to put on again next week. I'm having my toast when I get to work and a pitta bread stuffed with chargrill chicken with loads of salad for my lunch, and not sure about dinner yet. There will be no snacking inbetween and no crisps or junk this week. I have a friend moving in with me next Friday so need to try take off as much as I can next week as we are having a drink on the friday lol.

Keep up the good work the rest of u. xx

Oh don't be discouraged Fee you're doing so well to get almost a stone off, it's bound to be harder to shift those pounds now that you're getting a bit lighter. Well done for getting back to grips with your diet. I find what makes a big difference with me is exercise, maybe you could find ways of getting some extra walking into your daily routine?

Well helped by a vicious tummy bug yesterday (leftovers of my own cooking which must have been out of the fridge just a bit too long! ), I was a surprising 97.4 this morning, which means I've lost 4 kg since I started on 1st June!

Must watch myself tho because I've noticed that I'm starting to "forget" about healthy eating quite often and eat a big lump of cake, and then want another bit... exactly the "don't know when to stop" habits that got me overweight in the first place...

Fee you're doing so so well and it's so good you're jumping straight back in there on the diet, I'm having a night off tonight it's been a stressful week, my bunny rabbit can't walk so we've been at the vets all week with him and to top it all i got a migraine on Wednesday and Thursday so didn't go to my weight club this week.
RR congrats on the great weightless you're doing brilliant and i don't think the cravings for the good stuff EVER disappear lol something we've all got to deal with i suppose

Thanks Nina & Michele, wow Michele you're SOOO close to your goal, 73lb lost is AMAZING, how long have you been at it??!

I went to see my Dr today about my hip aching a bit, I thought it might be due to all the walking I've been doing but it hurts if I lay on my left side at night. My mum & dad both had hip probs so I thought I'd better check it out. Had to step on his scales and according to him I'm not 97 kg but 103!!!!???? He reckons his (mechanical) are more accurate than mine (electronic) (well he would of course!) so says I must have been even heavier than I thought when I started dieting, like 106 or 107 kg!!

Oh well I'll carry on following the weight that my scales tell me (much more encouraging LOL) and see what he comes up with next time I have to go.
