No, I'm just Nikki's Friend.... She doesn't let me have a name... she's a bit bossy.... lol !!!

I quite like the name Nikki's Friend. I'm also known as Witch but I didn't want to use that

I've found a food which takes time to eat and may help you. Monkey Nuts in shells. I'm only allowing myself to undo them using one hand though! It takes ages but is satisfying I know they aren't great on some diets, but the small amount I'm getting through is ok on mine. To add to the fun, try typing with one hand while undoing the nuts with the other

Nikki's Friend x

So, day two of our new lifestyle... and still we haven't got to the gym during opening hours! I think it's closed on Tuesdays too....

Maybe we should just agree how many times to run up and down the stairs instead

Does anyone else just excercise at home? And how do you stop the wobbly bits hurting if you're jumping up and down?!

How about walking? Much nicer than jumping up and down (IMHO) - and you get out in to the fresh air - and its free.

You should have tried opening the Minstrels one handed, then maybe it wouldn't matter the gym is shut...

Is it just me smelling troll here?

Hi Sarah Ann You're doing well! I've been away lately, as my dad's been ill for a few years but now it looks like he's pretty close to the end and this last few weeks we've been exhausted by the 150 mile back and forward drive often with 5 kids in tow) to see him for an hour or two. Has knocked me for six dietwise but last week, I thought I'd better come back before I fall off the wagon for too long!
