Well done csiaddict especially given the fact that you're a pastry chef.

Oh my god CSI - I love buttercream! When I was very bad I would make up a small amount of buttercream in a cup and eat it! WOuld you believe I was so desperate I made some at work ...with a hard sugar cube - I ended up crunching it smaller with my teeth. Gross.

Is buttercream when you mix butter/marg and icing sugar together in to a paste and add in a bit of vanilla or other flavouring? If so then I the coffee variety....

CSI well done for losing that 3.1lbs - especially under such difficult circumstances.

*Cough*

I've gained two.

I've been overeating and drinking because of the cold.

Any excuse!

HI Easter challenge chickies I forgot to get on the scales this morning... although I did have a sneak peak yesterday afternoon with clothes on and had eaten and it showed a gain.... But I'll do a nakid weigh tomorrow first thing and be extra good today.

for all our gainers... back on track my women if you need it too

Big for you losers this week, fabby job ladies...

I am a busy bee today, I've been to curves, Hannah got sent home from school again by the nurse, I'm really starting to dislike that woman and now I am cleaning and rearranging stuff.... Good luck to all for another fun filled losing week..

my report card would say ' Christine is not working to her full potential, if she stopped eating and concentrated on what she was doing, she'd go far"

I've lost 0.8 of a pound but I've squeaked into the 152 bracket so I got to change my tracker. I was disappointed as I'd had a practically perfect week.

My fictitious diet teacher would write:

"Doughnut is very aptly named. She's round and squidgy and full of cr*p".

1 off...for a grand total of 2 since the New Year.

My diet teacher would say, Lisa knows what she has to do and does half of it very well with exercise. However she completely ignores the other half of the equation and eats and drinks to excess far too often

My report from the teacher would be, "Carole is getting expelled for bunking off".
I have'nt been to RC this week, because my eating is so out of control at the moment I'm ashamed!

It's horrible to say, but reading everyone else is having problems too, does make me feel a bit better.

You can forget all those fancy-schmancy gateaux and eclairs - my absolute favouritest EVER cake is triple layered homemade coffee and walnut with coffee buttercream filling AND covered with yet more coffee buttercream then topped with a dusting of grated chocolate over.

Carole - I think we're all struggling at the moment. I dunno about everyone else... but the problem with me seems to be that I haven't got anything planned which gives me motivation. I found it reasonably easy to stay on plan in the lead up to Christmas but wanting to look good in skimpy summer clothes seem such a long way off....

Its the one I always used to have for my birthday cake when I was a kid. Nobody else in my house liked the walnuts... so after one slice they wouldn't have any more... all the more for me!!!!

And I was skinny as a rail when I was a kid! What went wrong......

nakid blob on scales this morning show a GAIN of two pounds...it must have been the birthday cake and chinky that we had for Hannah's birthday, although most other days I was within points...oh well, into the third week of the Easter challenge and all I've done is show a gain, I'm telling ya girlies, if this challenge was to gain, I'd win face down...
