Go Veggie!

(I doubt I've lost anything, but haven't been near the scales yet...)

I have lost one pound too but I'm very pleased. First because after the blow out I had on Sunday I didn't expect to lose anything at all. Secondly because it's a very important - drum roll - it puts me back in the 10s

1.5 off which was nice as wasn't sure if I'd lost because trousers are a bit tight.

Veggie - 4lbs! WELL DONE!!!!!!!!

Mary - 3lbs - BRILLIANT!

Chris - I'll send you a if you want but I think a big cloud of would be more useful (to me as well!) and, of course, I'm sending you lots of

Well done all losers and a BIG to those who stayed the same or gained a little

Well - I'm glad my veggie detox day is over - not because of the food, which I love, but because I really, really, REALLY miss my coffee and tea - somehow fruit/herbal tea just doesn't hit the spot (even though I drink decaffeinated varieties of both)! The scales are showing a temporary loss of 1lb but thats probably water loss (you tiddle a LOT doing the detox thing) and it'll go back on by tomorrow but my whole system feels less sluggish today and I don't feel quite so miserable in myself.

Congrats to the losers .

I weighed again this morning and am exactly the same as Monday so if I'm good over the weekend hopefully I won't put on another pound .

I lost a pound this week, better than nothing but it's below my target. This morning I bought a dress in the Monsoon sale - it's a size 12 and I want to wear it for my graduation ball in June, so I have to try to get from a 16/18 down to a 12 by then. Aaarrgghhh!!!
