Ooooh yes I get those bagels - they are always on offer in Tesco! I have about 4 bags in the freezer...
Also Healthy Living (Tesco) bacon medallions - you can get them smoked or unsmoked. 30 kcals a rasher and hardly any fat and about 50% less salt than regular bacon.
Erm... Kashi cereals are good, also Total 0% greek yoghurt
Also for protein freaks - you can buy Supercook powdered egg whites, 2 egg whites per sachet. I've never managed to whip them to any egg like consistency but I do just whizz them with the right amount of water and a whole egg for some scrambly eggs or omlette.
Splenda and Options are also on my diet favourites list. I'm trying to cut down on the Splenda but I figure I've probably already eaten enough horrid artificial sweetners when I was a child. I remember drinking gallons of Diet Coke with Nutrasweet in! I used to drink about 6 cans a day!

and I'd leave them all over the house half finished!
