Big to Michele - don't worry - like Lou says, you've done amazingly well and there's a lot going on in your life. It'll come off eventually.

to all losers and lots of to those who haven't.

I didn't officially join this challenge as I was at home over Xmas and couldn't get on the internet. I am joining now though, and I've lost 3lbs since Monday. That's pretty much brought me back down to where I was before Xmas.

If my maths is right it's about 12weeks to Easter, and I'd like to lose 25-35lbs by then.

dont give up shmoo, it can take a week or so for your metabolism to adjust. just focuss all your anger rather then on the argument on determination to succeed in this weight loss.
just drink lots of water, and eat as much veg and friuite as possible, you will get there, just hold on strong.

Definitley don't give up shmoo. I posted about starting slowly just last week and then followed it up with 3 pounds off. I know how disheartening it is when nothing happens on week one but if you hang in there the scales WILL move.

shmoo.... dont give up... make it something good to focus on.. something you can change....

have you tried to make it up with your mate?... or is it a huge bust up../ too soon to go there!...

do it with me if you like.... were at the same start & want to loose the same in this challenge..... (not sure i will make it.. but going to try as hard as i can.. if i dont make it.. then i know i tried.. and it will just take a bit longer)

pm me if you like.....

Shmoo - Don't give up. Comfort eating is such a - always there to trip you up when you're not expecting it.

Take it one hour at a time. You CAN do this - I know you can. Look how well you've done - losing those 51lbs is such an achievement.
