How nice to see so many people - the more the merrier!!!!

I'll start a new thread each Thursday (like I did with the Christmas Challenge) - it doesn't really matter when people weigh themselves but its nice to have a new thread each week, like Veggie suggested.

I'm planning to have a kick-start veg & fruit only day on Tuesday then I'm going to be brave and get on the scales on Wednesday 2nd .... I'm not looking forward to it - even though I've kept up with my exercise, I can still feel my clothes getting tighter - those size 14 clothes I struggled so hard to get in to before Christmas - and even that doesn't stop me popping in a chocie each time I pass a box (and there are LOTS of boxes here!)

Ah well.... tomorrow all the Christmas decorations get taken down and the chocolate and other nibbles get put in to a cupboard - hopefully it'll be a case of 'out of sight, out of mind'.

Me! I'll weigh on the 4th to see how much I have officially put on over Crimbo/NY.

If it's 13 weeks I'll go for a stone/14 pounds.

Well.... I'll put up the weekly thread on Thursdays but its up to you when you weigh in - last Challenge people were posting their weights on different days (some people go to diet classes on different days).

Putting up the thread will force me in to getting on the blummin scales - no bad thing, I suppose! I'm dreading it...... but at least I've got Tuesday and Wednesday to hopefully lose any water retention before I face the music.

Anyone who was wondering when Easter is this year, it's 8th April, so just over 3 months.

I think I may tentatively aim to reach my final goal of 133 by Easter. I had actually hit 145 before Christmas then pigged a bit. But I've lost 2 lb in 2 days since Sunday so hopefully the Christmas weight should come off fairly quickly.

So, we'll see how it goes. The goal may be revised, depending on how quickly this Christmas weight comes off

Sarah-Ann, I'm 1lb heavier than you (last time I weighed - xmas day) so I will match you pound for pound

I'd like to be 11 and a half stone by Easter, which is 12lbs so that could happen at a pound a week.

I'll weigh tomorrow too so we can compare

Oooh I'm also going to measure since I'm continuing with my "squat 1.5 bodyweight" thing too and should make for some interesting scale blips post-leg day

Frus.... I don't think there will be much of a competition. I haven't got on the scales yet to find out what I gained over Chrimbo.... and, by the way I had to pour myself in to my size 14 jeans today, I'm a very worried woman. It really wouldn't surprise me if I've gained a stone!

I'm hoping my detox day will have got rid of any cheese related water retention - which means that whatever the scales say will be real lard.
