Hi all,
Well today was my day off plan. I will start again tomorrow. But I did exercise this morning so that was good. I also ate much less today then I have on the other fridays in the past. Yes I went over in pts but at least it wasn't crazy like I have been doing. I also didn't go to the buffet. I bought a bunch of smart ones frozen entrees to eat for lunch. I had one of the pizza ones today. It was good. So I am all set now and ready to tackle this thing again. I plan on having a great week for weigh in this week. I did drink my 64 oz. of water today also. Which is another change for me. I wasn't doing that either only on the days that I do the hollywood diet. So I am making good changes everyday and slowly getting back on track. My life has slowed down a lot now. Rather I slowed it down. Things were happening too fast around here and I didn't have time to even think. But it was a more normal week around here so that was good to. So things are getting back to normal which helps a lot with my weightloss plan.

Hopefully the meds the dr gave you will help to get your others working again. I know that it is terrible to have water gain and in your case it is dangerous. Take it easy this weekend and let the meds work. Hopefully you will be feeling better soon. Have fun with your SRD friend. What are you gals going to do tomorrow?

Hey girl welcome back. I have been waiting for you to come back. That is great that you want to train or help the leader that is taking over for you. How did you like being leader anyway. I know it was your first time being leader. When you move are you going to find another chapter to join? Remember we are always here to. But you really need to get a computer at home so you can be here more often.

Way to go 1/2 lb is great. At least it isn't a gain. You are going in the right direction. I know you will have a bigger loss next week. But if not it is okay. Any loss is great no matter how big or small. You are a winner because you are not giving up. Thanks for the challange I think we all needed it. I know I did.
Make good food choices this weekend. I know the weekend is the hardest for us all.

Hey there. We are almost the same weight. That is neat. We can do this. I have been doing bad also and I am turning it around also. We are going to do this one day at a time. Lets make good choices and stop and think before you eat. What I am going to do is ask myself before I eat something do you really need this? What is more important eating this or getting to goal. Hopefully that will keep me on track to get where I want to be.
I am out of here ladies. Summer how did you do today? Are you heading in the right direction?
