Ok as usual I am back LOL, I have gained tooo much and want it gone and fast!!!!! I told Eleni that writing my foods down helps me ALOT but that I felt funny being the only one who does it...and she said to go ahead so here goes
Breakfast- instant oats- 190
snack- baked ruffles with salsa 150
glass of cranberry grape juice 150
lunch-
healthy choice alfredo with broccoli- 270
spinach- 60
snack- unsweetened applesauce cup 50
supper- angel hair pasta dinner- 240
1 slice bread ( lite wheat) 40
snack- watermelon 2 cups 104 cal
1 peach cup 40
for a total of 1294......... wish me luck on keeping status... I am gonna need it!!!!!
