Food Journal Thread
Ok as usual I am back LOL, I have gained tooo much and want it gone and fast!!!!! I told Eleni that writing my foods down helps me ALOT but that I felt funny being the only one who does it...and she said to go ahead so here goes :)
Breakfast- instant oats- 190 snack- baked ruffles with salsa 150 glass of cranberry grape juice 150 lunch- healthy choice alfredo with broccoli- 270 spinach- 60 snack- unsweetened applesauce cup 50 supper- angel hair pasta dinner- 240 1 slice bread ( lite wheat) 40 snack- watermelon 2 cups 104 cal 1 peach cup 40 for a total of 1294......... wish me luck on keeping status... I am gonna need it!!!!! |

Weigh in day menu
Well its the dreaded weigh in day for me:nono:
and to make matters worse its that TOM in a day or two so there is water weight.... oh well!!:dizzy: Breakfast- 1 bowl instant oatmeal- 190 4 oz OJ- 55 snack- peach cup 50 lunch- angel hair pasta dinner 240 4 oz cranberry grape juice 75 snack- orange cup 70 4 oz white grape juice- 70 then meeting and then a ragu express 200 cal and some baked chips and salsa 170 Wish me luck guys I am gonna need it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will also have 2 cups of hot green tea before lunch :^: :^: |
Monday menu
Well I just got back from the store and got alot of healthy stuff! I am so happy with the choices I made :D So here is the plan for today:s:
Breakfast- oatmeal 190 snack- 1/2 banana 60 and 5 baked ruffles 60 lunch- healthy choice lasanga bake- 280 snack- vegetable soup 90 supper- healthy choice fish dinner- 320 snack- baked ruffles 120 w/salsa 30 additional snacks if needed LOL orange cup 70 peach cup 50 applesauce cup 50 Should hit about 1320 if I eat the other snack items, and I am gonna chug water and green tea to boot :D :D :D Hope everyone has a super day!! |
Food diaries are a good thing. Maybe if I had kept a food diary I wouldn't have gone up half a pound last week. :(
I usually don't keep track of what goes in my mouth! How silly of me! Here is what I ate today though: halibut filet homemade hashbrowns orange juice tea w/ honey dish of pasta (w/ garlic "butter" -- I used oil -- sauce) I don't remember how much water I drank. I usually eat more than this but I've been kind of... *cough*... :o blocked up ...:o ... and my depression was really bad the past couple days so I haven't been hungry. PLUS we have no money for food. LOL. Well anyway, weigh in tomorrow. I hope I haven't gained. *sigh* It's such a blow to gain! |
