I've been bad, so very very bad. It started with a two catered meals last week at work, donuts for "staff appreciation" on Friday, and ended with two graduation parties this weekend. Oof. It's all just a big black hole, and I want to forget it happened (but I have a weigh-in today ... dreading).

Today:
B: skim-milk latte, 1 c instant oatmeal (1 pack plain, 1 pack maple brown sugar)
L: 8 spelt crackers, hummus, 2c vegetables
D: 1.5c vegetarian lasagna, 3/4c zucchini, 1 bun, 3 strawberries
S: 1c coleslaw (vinegar-based, not mayo-based)

I've had a ham and cheese omelet this morning, which is on my program. I wasn't good over the weekend, but am back on track today.
