Default Wednesday Menu

B: herbal iced tea, 1c cottage cheese + 3/4c blueberries, 2c coffee w/milk
L: 1.5c cole slaw + 8 spelt crackers + 1 oz hummus
S: great, carrot cake at work for birthday celebrations. Half a piece is my goal. (Note to self: cut the cake in half before eating it, so you know when "half" is gone!) I ate a whole piece.
D: 1 bowl cabbage/sausage soup, 1 mushroom/spinach sandwich w/cheese
S: nut goody bar. Ugh! DS should eat the last two so they aren't an issue.
