Question Try It All On Day

Just wanted to know if anybody has a "Try it all on day" every once in a while? I try to have one every month or so, to see what clothing I can TOSS! Here is what I do

1)Make a sheet that has headers -outfit - to small -fits -to big or alter (for if something can be altered to fit again)
(I will try to post one on my website this week)

2)Clean off your bed (you need a place to put ALL of your clothing)

3)Empty your dressers 1 at a time or all together - it's your choice

4)Try on every article of clothing you own in front of a mirror, and check for
Does it have stains ?
yes - if they can't be removed, toss it, stains don't look good on anybody
No - Proceed to next step
Does it fit properly - not to big or to small
If too big - TOSS it, it will only make you look bigger than you are, alter if you really like it and it's an easy piece to alter.
If to small - KEEP it, you will fit into it in no time
Fits perfect - Proceed to next step
Does it flatter YOUR body,
If no - Pass it on to a fellow TOPS pal who will look terrific in it, that way it makes you happy knowing that although it didn't work for you, someone else will get pleasure from it.
If yes, keep it close to hand , wear as often as you like, because soon it will be to big

Now that your Try it all on day is complete, take a break from hitting the gym, trying on all that clothes was probably workout enough. Choose an outfit from the to small list to work on fitting into.

Have a good day, from Jennifer

Jennifer,
What a great idea! Thanks for sharing it.
I have a too small outfit that I have hanging in my bedroom that I want to look good on me by my birthday (June). I'm trying it on once a month to see how it's coming along and I take a digital picture of myself in it so that I can see my progress.

I'm having some issues right now where I'm not showing big losses or any sometimes and I think it's because I'm working out (sometimes it's because I ate to much and didn't work out enough). It's hard when I try to stay on plan and then the scales don't show it so I decided I needed to come up with another way to gage my progress.

Thanks again for the idea.
Susie

Hey Jennifer,
Looks like a good habit to start, I know I bought clothes that were just a little snug at the after Christmas sales just to have a reason to feel uncomfortable enough to keep things out of my mouth I shouldnt have
The bigger clothes are what we all wear on our (frump days) You ladies know what I am talking about....the days we hide our weightgains from eating bad over a few weeks So throw them out and be uncomfortable, it makes you stay on track ( Trust Me) Have a great OP week ladies,
