Default Checking in

Hello All,
It's been a few days, and I hate to be gone for a long time! It was just that things got so busy I barely had time to sit down and look at my email.

Thank you to all of you who checked out my blog. Feel free to check it at anytime. I'm going to try to post to it at least 3 days a week. Eventually I want to post 7 days a week, but I'm taking it a bit at a time.

I just wrote a post and then when I went to publish it wasn't there! Frustrating!! I'll try again later.

I had a small loss at my TOPS weighin on Thursday, down .50 lbs. I was a little disappointed it wasn't more. I'll just keep working on it the way I have been since I got myself back on track about 3 weeks ago. It will show up eventually.

My yearly gyno appt went well. He pronounced me "gynocological fit"--I laughed and said at least something about my body is fit!!

I promise to be here more this week; I'm going to take the time even when it isn't there!

Susie

Hi Susie.... Tonites my weigh in .. I dont know what I weigh as the scales are broke, dont know if that is good or bad... lol.. I havent done horrible, but always seem to get off track one way or another....I didnt eat a pizza this week though.....I just got the book "Sonoma Diet"... They use the plate method to control portions, the recipes look yummy... I am not offically on it but am leaning that way, kinda reminds me of South Beach as they have different phases.. we shall see how it goes.. take care, let you know how the weigh in went... India

India: I hope the scales are good to you tonight.

I had a little trouble at lunch time with some oatmeal pecan cookies. I had 3, then I had 3 more! I heard my little voice saying they will be there tomorrow but I didn't even listen to it. I just ate it. Next time, I'm picking up the phone and calling someone to tell them what I'm about to do. I ate them because I was home alone and I thought, it won't count..no one will know. Well I know it, and the scales will know it if I keep doing that! So, I'm hear to tell the world that I did it. Next time I'll tell the world I'm thinking about it before I do it. I just need to find about 3 people I can call and confess to before I do it. I think 3 is a good number because if one isn't available then I can move on to the next person. I will not let this derail me and I don't need to start over. Just move on and next time handle it differently!

How's everyone else doing?

Default Hi all

I'm doing better this week. Lost at my last weigh-in and am re-energized. Susie, I know exactly what you mean about cookies. If I see them and have one, I find it very hard to stop. Can't have them in the house.

It's very cold here again. I just got home from TOPs and put on my snuggly pjs and robe. Ahhhh.

How's everyone else doing this week? Stay warm.

Lyn
