It's so good to see a lot of you doing so well for the beginning of the new year. I hope we all can make a big dent in the amount of weight we need to lose.

I was having a lot more success during the last challange. Not sure what the problem is. I'm back to writing down my food and exercise in Fit Day, but the weight isn't coming off very well.
