Default Not a perfect day

Hello,
I had such high hopes this morning that I would eat well. I can say it was better than yesterday but not at all what I should be doing. I just don't feel like I have the energy to fix what I should.

Now, if I really think about it, I don't have the energy because I'm not giving myself the right nutrients to draw energy from.

Any ideas on how to break this cycle?

Make your health and wellness your #1 priority. What you eat determines (to a great extent) how you feel/think/act!

Make every choice, every bit count! Believe you deserve to put forth the effort and decide to make a new habit of nurturing and caring for yourself.

You are worth it and you can do it!
