Not a perfect day
Hello,
I had such high hopes this morning that I would eat well. I can say it was better than yesterday but not at all what I should be doing. I just don't feel like I have the energy to fix what I should. Now, if I really think about it, I don't have the energy because I'm not giving myself the right nutrients to draw energy from. Any ideas on how to break this cycle? Susie |
