Default It'sFriday!

Okay everyone,

Today is the start of a new week. It is up to us what we do with it. We can let the weigh in last or anyday beat us up or we can keep moving forward. Everyday that you give it your all you are a winner no matter what. I know it isn't easy to face what that scale says but we really have to get past that thing. I think that is a lot of the reason that so many of us are lost and still trying to find something that works for us. Instead of using our heads and doing what we know is the right thing to do. We have to stick with a plan and keep doing it no matter what that scale says. I really do think that christie was right this week when she said that we have to stop worrying and start enjoying life. Life is too short. We are so busy wondering what the scale is going to say next week that we lose the whole week to worrying.

Lets relax this week put away our scales and do what we know is the right thing and stick with it no matter what. Eventually the weight has to come off if we are making healthy choices. I think that sometimes like myself when I keep having these gains that stress is playing a huge role in it.

Eleni also said this doesn't have to be so hard. Before when I was losing and lost the first 30 lbs I didn't work 1/2 as hard as I am now. So I am going to sit back and just eat healthy and not worry about my plan. It will take care of itself if I do the work. But that means to eat healthy not to overstress about it.

Congratulations to all that lost this week. You have a great attitude. Keep up the great work.

And to those that gained you have a great attitude also otherwise you wouldn't be here. Just because you had a gain doesn't mean that you didn't try this past week. Lets just try and enjoy our week with healthy choices and support each other and try and relax about this weightloss plan. If we are truly happy with ourselves then we are going to be more successful at this. So stop worrying and weighing and just do what you know to do.

I am keeping my scale in the closet all week. I feel better when I don't have to face it. I will do my best all week and relax and enjoy the week for a change and see what happens. I hope you all can do the same.

Talking Amen Sister!!!

I am going back to enjoying my life........
It is just way to short to be so dog on stressed about what I can eat and cant eat, then I miss the bigger picture here... Like 2 girls that I love (my daughters) I just will make healthy choices and that is that, I am adding in exercise with my friend this week, we will walk every other day or so, and just kick back and try to remember what it was like to just be me again And that way I know I am a winner
As long as I am a winner with my family then I will reach all the goals I set in a matter of time. I told one of my Tops pals last night that I would be better off not being in the club at all than to let the scale at the meetings run my whole life, And no one can argue with that... BUT I also need to stay in and remember that I joined because I wanted to have fun and get encouragement and not let it drag me down to the point that it isnt any fun anymore .......... SO that is what I am gonna do
Just enjoy every precious moment God gives me and ask him to help me with the rest

Hi Ladies! I SECOND THIS AHEM! This is my vow of the week! TO just have fun! Everything in life does not revolve around food and I am not going to let it! Everything revolves around life, and I want to enjoy it! So here goes! I am just going to have fun and eat healthy and the weight will come off!

Im Jazzed,

Thanks for the encouragement for today.FRIDAY.I am half way thro my week as we weigh on Tuesdays.Yesterday was an emotional day and I had an AFFAIR WITH THE LETTUCE.my best friend when frustrated.
Also its time to pay (Bills) and that dosent do anything positive for me.But at least there is money to pay them with., so thats something to be thankful for.
My second best friend is SPLENDA. We are fast becoming bosom buddies..Its splenda on carrots, splenda on fruit, splenda this and splenda that. My favorite snack is two
Apples A La Splenda
2 medium apples sliced>no seeds
spray with I cant beleive its not butter butter
Pour on the SPlenda>at least 4 but probally 6 packs
Sprinkle with cinnamon
and Walla>a dessert to lose for.

They say great minds think a like. I see where several of us are trying to take some pressure off ourselves and see if that helps.I am going to do the same as several of you.I am going to try to eat healthy but not eat constantly.I think when you get so frustrated and discouraged we do more harm than good.
Congrats to those of you that are losing.We are all so happy for you.It is just a great feeling to be losing steadily.We will be there with you soon.Some of us need a breather and time to get the mind set we need.
Everyday is a new day and a new start.I will reach my goal but I am just not sure when
Hope all are having a good day.I have to get off of here.We have another storm
