HI All,
Im not being a HAM or nothing but I keep losing my posts.Im trying New Thread this time.If I lose this one Im sunk.

Just wanted to report a good weigh in of 7.25 loss and say if you keep trying it works...Even when we gain or hit a plateau , overall we are winning....

I am kinda hanging in there.I am not doing real great but I also am not doing real bad either.
I was going to go out and swim laps but it just started pouring rain and sun is shining.Typical Florida weather!Since sun is shinging so bright rain should not last long.
Thanks for all good suggestions.It is slightly better today.I may try the balmex next.I forgot about it.Not quite as messy as desitin.Just another by-product of being heavy.
Have been eating some ww meals and they are high in salt.
But I am trying some different things.Can't ever give up

Eleni - do you have gold bond powder down there. It is supposed to be quite good. It might be worth trying...

Welcome to all our new people.

I weighed in on tuesday and was down 1/2 pound but when I checked in I saw that the month of april when I first joined I gained 2 1/2 pounds . In may and june I ended up exactly the same. During the month I went and down but in the end my weight ended up being the same at the end of the month as at the beginning of the month. It is quite discouraging but I am going to keep on plugging along. Eventually something will click.

Today it rained so I used the treadmill but the weather is supposed to go back to summer tomorrow so back to outside exercise.

I haven't been to the board for a bit so I am going to go read and catch up. Hope you are all doing great...later.......

CBabe......Weigh to go!! That is a great loss. In our chapter, when someone has a really good loss, we ask them to share how they lost it. Do you mind sharing with us? Did you do anything different than you had been doing? I'd love to weigh in and have a big loss for a change.

Hello everyone,,

Hope your day is bright and smooth.I am still plugging away at being legal and I love the feeling of being in control;
FLGAL: The only thing I can attribute the loss last week to, is that I was stuck for three weeks with no loss and an adjustment to my program..I was probally stuck at a plateau and something jolted it .LOL.. probally all that grapefruit.
My usuall days eating is a mixture of the TOPS program mingled with some WW tips...What seems to work the best is not giving up and working tho the turtles and gains...
