Goodness Lynda, You should get your materials in a timely fashion.... We are not a totally organized group either, but as co leader, I make the folders and am in process of making new name tags.... One way to help correct things, is to run for office and teach them organization?/ lol, I did throw a lot of stuff out that they had in a cabinet, was no room for what we needed now.... Good luck...
