Hello all... I took a couple of days off to chill out, not really going anywhere ...
Eleni I am doing south beach now myself, I tried to add carbs the second week but it stopped my weight loss completely... I went back to phase 1 for a couple of weeks and am doing a lot better, I lost 10 lb the first two weeks....got any suggestions for phase 2? Glad to hear the doc check up was good.. I need to get blood work done this week too...
We are having a fall rally at Tops.. the theme is " IF IT IS TO BE, ITS UP TO ME", we also got a walking challenge going on for that too... We have a large group so I think we will try to think of costumes to wear all alike.....does your group participate in those activities?
I am really getting a work out being co leader, seems like this summer, lots are either on vacation or not feeling well, so am filling in those jobs, one I am not so sure of is weight recorder, seems very difficult job.... I think some training would help .....
