Talking Tuesday, I did it.

Yea haw, I did it. I finally broke the 10 pd mark at Tops, I actually went home with a 5 pd. loss for 2 weeks. I know that sounds alot, but with the exercise I was doing, that would be the reason. We had a bunch of new people last night, and our meeting was kinda fun. Campfire. cowboys.
I'm up really early, cuz probably next week, I'm going to have to be to get my exercise in before work.

Sherri- I know you are right., And that is what I'm working on.
For this week. Taking it day by day.
I'm sleepy this morning. . Having a cup of go juice, and then off to get stuff done.

Penny and Christian, I did find the number, but I had to find it on the internet, under the michigan licenses. Daycare is at least set, if I go back.
I got a letter in the mail from work, informing me, that I've been off almost 6 months, and that my benefits will expire at the end of next week, if I don't return. I also, was informed what a burden my absense has been on my coworkers. (Ya right).


Well the rest of you ladies take care. "CAN WE DO THIS, YES WE CAN" for now, I'll be back.

Hi everybody

Way to go Wendy!! I bet you feel wonderful. When the scales go down, it sure gives you a lot of inspiration to go on. I maintained this week at my meeting. I'll take that anyday, it's much better than a gain. We started a contest for the 4th of July, so I hope that helps me some.

Well, I am off to get organized. I am having a garage sale on Friday and Saturday. I have quite a bit to do, so I am grabbing my water and off I go.

Just because there is no meeting does NOT give me permission to pig out or go off plan so I am here bugging you ladies instead
So I will be on here like crazy this week and next trying to stay on track and posting menus and visiting..
I guess you are stuck with me for sure now LOL,
I need to stay motivated and this is definately the right place for that
Well just had to vent if ya know what I mean LOL.....

hello--Don't know how long I can stay on as storm is heading back.I thought it had passed over.But we need this rain really bad.
Did ok with eating but did not get to do all my exercises.
It sounds like everyone is really working hard this week and doing good.
If you are one that is having a hard time just hang in there.It will get better.Sorry I have to shut this thing down.The lightning is starting up again

Hi Wendy,

I am so proud of you. You are doing awesome. Congratulations for losing so much. I told you that you would get to that 10 lbs before me. It just shows who has really been working here and that is you. I am so glad that you are doing great. I am looking to you for the encouragment because I know that you are doing it and just like christian and the rest of you I can do it to. I did it before and I can do it again. Keep the ball rolling but don't get burned out with the exercise though.

I am glad that you are not wasting time getting back on the wagon again. We have to stop making excuses for ourselves and just jump in and do it. Otherwise we will keep gaining and getting more and more depressed. We can't have that. Glad you got your spirits back. Have fun doing the ti bo tape tonight and tomorrow morning.

Eleni,

That is great that you had a good day with your eating. Don't worry about the exercise. You got some in for the day and that is better then none. You did a lot yesterday. You should have a loss this week as well. Keep up the great work and thanks for the letter it really helped a lot.

Way to go for staying on plan for day 3. You are doing great. That was great that you didn't give in to temptation and have those chips. I know how you felt. It was like that for me when I didn't have any cake the weekend before last. And you are right. If we want something bad enough and make up our minds about it then we can do it. I passed up cake and I love it. So I know I can pass up other things that aren't good for me that I shouldn't be having. Keep up the great work. You will have a great loss this week I just know it. All of your hard work will pay off. I am proud of you. Keep going and don't give in. You can do it.

Laurie,

Good luck with the contest. Yes contests help me also when I am focused that is. Congratulations on the turtle. It is hard to do that so you get a lot of credit from me for it. And you are right you should be proud of you for it because it wasn't a gain. Keep going and you will have a loss next week. Give yourself a pat on the back and keep up the hard work.

Okay on to me now. I did great today also. I stayed on plan today also.

I didn't have any junk at all. I did stop and get some sugarfree gum because I was so hungry but it was my dinner time and I didn't get home until late. So it held me over until I got home and I refused to stop and get any junk of any kind. And I did it. Day 2 on plan for me. I am on a roll now. I am going to do it this time. Can't wait to fit back into my size 14's again.LOL Then I know I am doing good. But if I want it I have to work for it. I did my exercise today and drank more than my 64 oz of water also.

Until tomorrow ladies I am going to go finish up my exercise for the day. I only did 15 min of aerobics this morning so I am going to do my strength training now.
