Ok Guys I am getting serious real FAST... Think I am gonna try Somersizing this week....
Its the same as Sugar Busters and I did that for 2 years and have had awsome results so I am gonna do it and see how it works, Calorie counting is just not working for me AT ALL, Makes me more hungry!! LOL, Go figure
So I am going to post my menus and stuff to keep me honest and even post mistakes when they happen and we will see how it works come weigh in day, Also I intend to walk at least 15 minutes a day to go with it, Keep your fingers crossed for me guys, I am really gonna try hard Harder and keep this status that I fought over 2 years to get and am not about to lose to POTATO CHIPS and Junk!!

Smile One day down

Well yesterday went good so I think I will make it in this fight if I go one day at a time.. so here is todays menu....

Breakfast- 1 cup oatmeal, and 1/2 cup blackberries

Lunch- 2 slices whole wheat lite
1 3oz. lean burger
10 wheat wafers w/dip

Supper- middle out of a taco salad

Sommersizing day two
(this is not a low fat plan but low sugar)






snacks Sugar free jello
healthy choice popcorn
and more fruit
cauliflower w/dip
and 15 minutes of walking

Hope everyone has a good day today remember... it is what we make it

I am a big believer in if what we are doing isn't working.Try something else.That is what Christie and I and a few more are doing.We can't just sit around and say woe is me.We have to kick ourselves in the hinnie and try something else.Never!Never!Ever!

Christie,

That is great that you are trying something new this week. Me too. I am going to stay on plan for the rest of the week even if it kills me. I know it won't though.LOL I have to get serious also and no more junk of any kind. Now that my daughters party is over I can do better. I do have a very small cake for her for tonight but I made sure it was very little and there won't be any left for me to have. I am not having any.
I am doing the exchange on the bottom of the food chart. I will add up the calories to see where it takes me. Just for my own knowledge.

We can't give up. We can do this. I have never tried the somersizing maybe if this doesn't work then I will try that. But I really have to give it 2 weeks because I ate off plan all weekend and I just started back on today. So I probably won't have a loss this week either. But I am giving it my 100%. I told my husband last night that starting today I was back on plan because I had to lose this weight. I had to go back into my size 16 jeans so I was comfortable. I hated doing it but I had to. The 14's were too tight around the waste. The legs were fine but the waste was choking me. It wasn't worth trying to stay in them. So at least the size 16's are still baggy.LOL

I hope all is well with you. You are doing great and keep up the great work.

I worked out this morning for 30 min. of high impact aerobics and 10 min of cool down. Total of 40 min. So that was good. I am going to exercise everyday this week for the rest of the week. I have to start exercising more. I will only do 30 min total tomorrow but I have wednesday off also this week so I will do 1 hour then. Maybe I can lose something this week.

That was great that you made good choices at the wedding. You have to get your butt moving and start exercising. TODAY is the day. Don't put off things until tomorrow that you can do today. Once you start it will get easier. You know that. The hard part is jumping in and doing it. I am in now full steam ahead. I can't go back any farther and I won't let you slide either. WE can do this together.

What you were doing 2 weeks ago was working great for you. Go back to that way of eating and you will do great. That is awesome that you are getting in so much exercise. You are doing great. Keep up the great work.

Hi Ladies! You all are right! We have to start today and try try again! Sherri! Thanks for the encouragement! I am going to start my exercise tonight! No excuses!

I am going to start setting my clock for 5:00 in the morning. It will give me time to exercise, shower, get dressed, and pick out the kids clothes before they get up at 7:00. Ok myabe 5:30. lol

I have to get my act together. And exercise is part of the act!

So here goes! I will check back in tonight after I exercise!

Smile I DID IT!! I DID IT!!!

I cannot believe it!!!!
My husband took me to our FAVORITE mexican resteraunt and for the first time EVER I did not touch one chip and stayed on program with not one goof
That makes 2 days down and I am so proud of myself!!!
Now I want you ladies to know that you were on my mind when those chips were right there egging me on... I mean talk about temptation staring me in the face BUT I remembered you guys and it got me through it and I am now home and happy as can be that I have you ladies in my life, I will admit it took some serious prayer too, But all in all I know now IT IS possible if you want it bad enough!! Well ladies I have rambled on long enough but had to thank everyone here for being so much of a help to me in this thing.... WE ARE WINNING this thing TOGETHER!!!

Talking DAY # 3

Hi GUYS!!!
Well NOW I'm excited!!!
This is the third day on the plan and I even feel thinner LOL, I will be honest... I was up to 153 on my scale this past week... I think it was part water weight, But acording to my scale now... 150 for sure so the water is gone !! So it IS working and that makes it all worth it, even if I go out of lee-way I am still doing good on keeping that Kops status... It was just TOO hard to get,, and I am not about to lose it now... That would be like taking 2 years of my life and erasing all the hard work I did and I am NOT doing that
So if I make it to 148 by Thursday night I wont be hurt any lol, I think I will drink some green tea I know it works fast... super healthy too... but either way I will be happy just knowing I am not quitting this fight... not by a long shot!!!
Well for today my menu is going something like this.......

Breakfast- 1 bowl oatmeal w/splenda
1/2 cup of blackberries

Lunch- healthy choice sausage w/ kraut

Supper- my mother in laws house... anything she cooked that is legal for my plan
snacks- sf jello
cauliflower w/dip
sf popsicles
and exercise

Thumbs down Day # 4 !!!

ALMOST A WEEK DOWN
I am so excited!!
I weighed in at 149 this morning on my digital scale so I am well on my way to keeping that Kops status
So here is todays menu.....

Breakfast- oatmeal w/splenda

snack- berries w/ coolwhip

lunch- chef salad w/dressing
hotwings

snack- slice of cheese

Supper- 2 slices whole wheat lite
2 tbls, all fruit
1 tbls peanut butter

snack sf jello w/coolwhip
or sf chocolate pudding
