Hi GUYS!!!
Well NOW I'm excited!!!
This is the third day on the plan and I even feel thinner LOL, I will be honest... I was up to 153 on my scale this past week... I think it was part water weight, But acording to my scale now... 150 for sure so the water is gone

!! So it IS working and that makes it all worth it, even if I go out of lee-way I am still doing good on keeping that Kops status... It was just TOO hard to get,, and I am not about to lose it now... That would be like taking 2 years of my life and erasing all the hard work I did and I am NOT doing that
So if I make it to 148 by Thursday night I wont be hurt any lol, I think I will drink some green tea I know it works fast... super healthy too... but either way I will be happy just knowing I am not quitting this fight... not by a long shot!!!
Well for today my menu is going something like this.......
Breakfast- 1 bowl oatmeal w/splenda
1/2 cup of blackberries
Lunch- healthy choice sausage w/ kraut
Supper- my mother in laws house... anything she cooked that is legal for my plan

snacks- sf jello
cauliflower w/dip
sf popsicles
and exercise
